Made by hand at our farm bakehouse featuring Philly Fromage from Haven Farmstead in New Tripoli Pennsylvania, roasted peaches from Weavers Orchard and an organic crumble. This cheesecake has our classic all butter crust and a creamy, tangy filling made with pastured eggs from happy hens. 100% grass fed butter, pastured eggs, flours and other organic ingredients make our rustic pies a comfort food delight and a celebration of small farmers and makers.
