Ireland Culinary Retreat 2025
In 1999, a year spent in Ireland changed the course of my life. Sharing this special country, its customs and its deep culinary traditions is a dream come true.
This has been three years in the making and I am so excited to bring you to my favorite spots and adventures in West Cork. My vision is to create a very personal and engaging experience where we bring our guests to this magical land and engage them in a culinary and cultural adventure - cultured butter making from local dairy, milling local flour and then learning the art of making pies, the perfect communal food.

We are a tiny wife and husband team so we focus on baking for our Pie Club members, holiday bakes, special events and orders (weddings, parties and such) occasional pop ups and farmers markets. Coming in 2025: PYO strawberries, culinary retreats and classes. Our bakehouse follows the high season on our local farms and is open from mid spring until Thanksgiving. We can't wait to bake for you!
