Pie Bird Farm is a 58 acre, 1860's Bucks County farmstead reimagined as a regenerative, community focused farm.  We specialize in: strawberries, heirloom hot peppers, herbs and operate a farm kitchen and bakehouse here on site.

We make scratch pies. We REALLY love pie. We use 100% grass fed organic butter, organic flours and other ingredients and local fruits to make our rustic pies a comfort food delight and a celebration of small farmers and makers. 

On the farm, we are focusing our efforts on building soil health and establishing organically grown berries, brambles, flowers.

Fallow for many years, as new stewards of the property we are building a gathering place for the community - pick-your-own, classes, workshops, events and opportunities to just enjoy the farm.
